Steven Engel, SRA, AI-RRS

Steven Engel, SRA, AI-RRS has been an Illinois state-certified residential real estate appraiser since 1992.  He joined Praedium Valuation Group’s residential practice in 2014. Steven appraises single family houses, condominiums, townhouses, 2-4 unit buildings, and residential vacant land. He is also a designated review appraiser. For Praedium Valuation Group, he specializes in appraising properties in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

Steven is a certified appraiser with the Federal Housing Authority (FHA). He is also a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP).

Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Calvin College. He holds both the SRA and AI-RRS designations with the Appraisal Institute.
