Michael Resce

Michael Resce has been an Illinois state-certified general real estate appraiser since 2003. He joined Praedium Valuation Group’s commercial practice in 2017. Michael prepares valuations on various types of properties, including mixed-use, multi-family, industrial, commercial condominiums, parking garages, retail, and office space.  For Praedium Valuation Group, he specializes in appraising properties in the City of Chicago, Cook County, and the surrounding collar counties.

Prior to joining Praedium Valuation Group, Mr. Resce worked for an international commercial appraisal firm where he worked on valuing large portfolios of investment properties throughout the US, Canada and Europe.  Mr. Resce also previously worked as a commercial real estate broker in Chicago.

Mr. Resce earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
