Kathleen Frawley

Kathleen Frawley has been an Illinois residential real estate appraiser since 2006 and obtained her certified appraiser license in 2010. She joined Praedium Valuation Group’s residential practice in 2010.

Kathleen appraises single family houses, condominiums, townhouses, 2-4 unit buildings, and residential vacant land. For Praedium Valuation Group, she specializes in appraising properties in the City of Chicago. Her neighborhoods of expertise include: the Loop, West Loop, South Loop, River North, River West, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, West Town, Gold Coast, Avondale, Little Italy, University Village, and Pilsen.

Kathleen is a certified appraiser with the Federal Housing Authority (FHA). She is also a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP).

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Kathleen was a human resources benefits specialist with Hewitt Associates and Merrill Lynch.
