Jolanta Bardecki

Jolanta Bardecki has been an Illinois state-certified general real estate appraiser since 2006. She joined Praedium Valuation Group’s commercial practice in 2007.

Ms. Bardecki appraises various types of commercial properties, including mixed-use, multi-family, retail, medical buildings, houses of worship, industrial and office space.  For Praedium Valuation Group, she specializes in appraising properties in the City of Chicago, Cook County, and the surrounding collar counties.

Ms. Bardecki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
