Dennis Smith, SRA

Dennis Smith joined Praedium Valuation Group’s residential practice in 2003. He appraises single family houses, condominiums, townhouses, 2-4 unit buildings, and residential vacant land. For Praedium Valuation Group, Dennis specializes in appraising properties on the North Side of the City of Chicago, including the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North, River West, the Loop, West Loop, South Loop, North Center, Lincoln Square, Ravenswood, Andersonville, Edgewater, and Rogers Park neighborhoods.

Dennis is a Certified Relocation Appraiser with the Employee Relocation Council and a Federal Housing Authority (FHA) certified appraiser. He is also a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (ICAP).

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University.

Dennis holds the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute.  He is also an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.
