Daniel Boyle

Daniel Boyle has been an Illinois residential real estate appraiser since 2002. He appraises single family houses, condominiums, townhouses, mixed-use buildings (retail/residential), and multi-family (2-4 unit) properties. He specializes in complex residential properties, as well as relocation appraisals and appraisal review. Dan joined Praedium Valuation Group in 2017 and is actively transitioning to commercial appraisals while completing the requirements to become a certified general appraiser.  For Praedium Valuation Group, Dan specializes in appraising properties in the City of Chicago and Cook County.

Prior to becoming an appraiser, Dan was the owner of Flash Studio, a photography firm specializing in photo processing, photography, and digital photo restoration.

Dan earned his Bachelor Degree in Communication from Northwestern University.
