Real Valuation Group’s residential appraisal division was acquired by Praedium Valuation Group in November of 2019. Real Valuation Group brings significant expertise in property tax appeal, enhancing PVG’s offered services.

Combined, the firm now has more than 40 appraisers, providing our clients with expanded geographic coverage, enhanced local expertise, and superior property knowledge. The team includes five MAI-designated commercial appraisers, four SRA-designated residential appraisers, certified Appraisal Institute course instructors, a State of Illinois Appraisal Board member, and qualified expert witnesses.
